An ex-gymnast who only joined the squad to be closer to her best friend, Chess. Kate is sarcastic, angst-ridden, and sees cheerleading as an insulting replacement for gymnastics. Annleigh: 18+, female identifying, 16; genuinely kind-hearted, openly religious, and dedicated to living a morally sound lifestyle. Often burdened by taking care of her alcoholic step-sister and repressing her sexual urges for her boyfriend, Clark. Vocal Range: Effortless belt/mix to F5. Reeses: 18+, female identifying, 17; the Tigers’ well-meaning mascot who dreams of being on the squad and has worked for it her whole life. Doesn’t quite fit the stereotypical cheerleader mold and knows it, but still daydreams of being an “it” girl. Vocal Range: Belt/mix to D5. Farrah: 18+, female identifying, 15; Annleigh’s step-sister, an excessive drinker and the team’s resident “hot mess.” Often overtly rude to distract from her insecurities and unhappiness.
